mindfulness

on we did mindfulness in the hall it was a lot of fun it was relaxing we did a bet of meditating i like that after a bad or tiring day it help

  2. Hi Caily, I'm pleased that the mindfulness is helpful to you. Do you use it sometimes in the class or at home? Sometimes, I stop and take a few deep breaths to help me relax and concentrate.
